If you decide to cancel your registration before January 3rd, 2025 11:59PM PST, you will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee.

Cancellations will only be honored if you send an email to info@electroniccreatives.com with the subject line:
"MASTERTRACK 2025 - Cancel Reservation"

If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation via email before January 3rd, 2025 11:59PM, are a no-show, or if you leave the event prior to its conclusion, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
